DELIRIUM BEER

One of the most awarded beers from Brussels, is now available in Delhi. BeerCafe stocks the Pink Elephant !!

In 2016 when i visited manchester, i chanced to stumble upon a quaint little pub called "delirium cafe" .Being a graphic designer, i am attracted to symbolism which roots itself to the uncommon and quirky, so the pink elephant was an eye-catcher. While everything in Machester looks like a sports cafe, this one looked like a roadside eatery from france or belgium.

“Delirium has the most uncommon looking beer bottle i have seen in a long while. Its milky white with its characteristic pink elephant on the label.”

Since the manchester trip was a work trip and i was shooting a sportelogue, i only had a couple of minutes to scout this place. However it's a great tast, borderline citrus with a bit of oranges and coriander. The color is smooth and clear golden. I have to add, that the taste is slightly sweet but leaves a bitter aftertaste once you have finished a sip.
